Start (Setup) and End (Breakdown) is the total time the
room is book.
Start (Calendar) and End (Calendar) is the time the
public will see
'Custom' Rooms are limitless and refer to events not in
any specific room, please specify location in the Details.
You can add book covers
simply adding an ISBN and change the size by selecting Small, Medium, or
Large.
Don't put personal
contact information in the 'Event' or 'Details' field unless permission is given.
These fields are visible to the public. Please use Contact fields at the
bottom.
Please remember to initial the
booking.
Remember to select Age
Group and fill in Attendance after the program to help with statistics
gathering.
If it is a staff only meeting or work-related
meeting it does not have to show on the public calendar. Simply uncheck the
button for Public and check Staff in the Calendar section.
**There are a
number of special options when putting in a program. Special codes can be used
to improve the look of what is seen on the Calendar. Here are the two areas that
can be tweaked:
