Community Outreach Services strives to bring library service, including the delivery of materials, to the public at their location.

Qualifying individuals and groups are encouraged to participate in Outreach Services.

The individual or group must be a resident of Billerica, have a valid library card, and be unable to travel to the library.

No. The service is provided free of charge.
