1st: You must be going into 5th grade or above to be in this program.

2nd: You must earn your chances to bid on prizes by reading books.

For every 100 pages read, you can earn 1 ticket.

For magazines, manga and graphic novels

just enter pages read to combine totals for 100 pages then get another ticket.

Books on CD = number of pages in actual book to get ticket value.

3rd: Go online by clicking on the link to the right.  Click on Harry Potter.  Sign up for the program.  Fill out a short review of the book.  Click submit and the computer will keep track of what you've read and how many pages.   It'll also tell you if you've won a prize.  In this case, PRIZES = TICKETS.

4th: Come to the library to receive raffle tickets. Fill out tickets with your name and phone number and place them in the appropriate cans located in the Children's Department. There is one can per prize. Come in anytime between

June 27-August 10, 5:00 to submit tickets.

On August 10, join us for Honeydukes: End of the Summer, All You Can Eat, Junk Food Party. Come dressed as a Harry Potter character (wizard, rat, unicorn, house elf, etc...) and win extra tickets to bid on prizes. You must register for this party. You must also be registered for the reading game in order to come to this party.
