| Storyhour
The Billerica Public Library offers weekly emergent literacy programs (storyhours) to babies, toddlers, and preschool children. These programs foster a love of reading and promote literacy and intellectual curiosity. Lapsit Storyhour (ages 6 - 17 months old) W'one'derful Ones Storyhour (ages 12 - 24 months old) Beginning With Books Storyhour (ages 18 - 30 months old) Terrific 2s & 3s Storyhour (ages 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 years old) Preschool Storyhour (ages 3 1/2 - 5 years old) Sweetdreams Storyhour: Drop in bedtime storyhour featuring stories, activities and crafts. | Summer
Reading
Each summer, children of all ages and their families are invited to participate in our summer reading program which is designed to motivate children to discover the personal joy of reading and to showcase the reading achievements of Billerica's youth. In addition to being a reading program, it is also a recreation program including performers, crafts, and activities.
